On February 17, 2026 we received your letter (see attached, the letter was send to us from Vladivostok) that was sent to ROLIZ LLC at old post address in Vladivostok, which is no longer used by ROLIZ as it changed the registration address long time ago to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
In your letter you refer to an incident that as stated in you letter occurred on January 19, 2024 on board the vessel Kapitan Kayzer. As we received your letter only on February 17, 2026 we could not provide any respond to you within January 19. 2026 as specified in the letter.
