The feed company, Irida, has supplied feed to Galaxidi Marine Farm, according to Aquaculture Stewardship Council farm audits. In 2023, Irida S.A. acquired a controlling stake in Galaxidi Marine Farm. Our supply chain research, which includes reviews of trade data and industry certifications, has found that Irida is supplied with fishmeal from two companies based in Western Sahara: Copelit and Protein and Oil Industry.
