We understand that Bumble Bee is the defendant in an ongoing lawsuit brought by four Indonesian fishermen who claim the company is partially liable for alleged forced labor that occurred on vessels that supply Bumble Bee tuna, under the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA).
