We are contacting you regarding our ongoing investigation into aquaculture and the global fishmeal and fish oil industry, which has uncovered an array of industry-wide environmental and human rights concerns. These concerns date from between 2018 and the present, and they pertain to events or conditions on land or at sea.

I emailed you on February 4, 2026, about our investigation into aquaculture and the global fishmeal and fish oil industry. Our ongoing research has found additional supply chain information which I wanted to bring to Avramar for comment or clarification.

Our supply chain research, which includes reviewing trade data and industry certifications, has found that one of Avramar’s suppliers, Irida S.A., is supplied with fishmeal from two companies based in Western Sahara: Copelit and Protein and Oil Industry.
